SAN ANGELO, TX. : The Lone Star Football League is proud to announce on Thursday, December 15 the 2012 regular season schedule for the league’s upcoming inaugural season. All LSFL-based teams will play a 12-game regular season schedule consisting of 14 weeks total with two bye weeks included. Team schedules consist of six home & away games with week one scheduled for Saturday, March 31, 2012 and the final week of the regular season scheduled for Saturday, June 30, 2012.
The 2012 Lone Star Football League regular season will kickoff with three games featuring West Texas at Amarillo, Corpus Christi at Abilene, and Laredo at Mesquite on March 31. The regular season will conclude with two games featuring West Texas at Abilene, and Corpus Christi at Rio Grande Valley on June 30.
