The Lone Star Football League in partnership with VIP Sports Getaway are bringing professional Arena Football to Snyder, TX on April 14, 2012. The Corpus Christi Hammerheads and the Abilene Ruff Riders will play in Snyder, TX to play in the first ever “BOUNTY BOWL”. This means that the winning team will not only take away bragging rights, but also some cash in their pockets. This game is sanctioned as a official LSFL Arena Game.
They plan to make this a weekend event with both teams arriving on the 13th and doing a pre-game practice in Snyder. The teams will also work with the local schools and youth groups to help the kids of Snyder make a good connection with sports and the Arena game.
The day of the game there will be a tailgate party (opens @ 5:00PM) with food and drink provided for an additional cost. Everson Walls and Bill Bates will be on hand at the tailgate party to sign autographs and meet with the fans.
The game will start at 7:00PM and will feature specially designed one of a kind jerseys for the teams. The jerseys will be available for purchase as a pre-sale or auctioned off after the game. After the game there will be a music concert (Band to be Named) and a post game party.
The City of Snyder is supporting this effort and expecting that this will be a sell out for the event. Tickets will go on sale on February 14th (get your valentine a ticket) and will be $ 25 each for access to the pre-game tailgate party, game and concerts. Other tickets and seating are available at higher prices upon request.
The Ruff Riders are happy to announce that all VIP and Box level Season Tickets Holders will receive tickets to the game in Snyder at no additional cost as a gift from the Team. The tickets from the Ruff Riders come with full access to all events as well as access to the meet and greet with the celebrities.
